Chocopick is a chocolate factory and store specializing in Dominican cacao, offering interactive experiences and artisanal products.

1. Experiences & Workshops

We offer the interactive workshop: “Make Your Own Chocolate: From Bean to Bar”

Duration: Approximately 2 hours.
Includes: All raw materials, expert guidance, and your own handmade chocolate bar.
Location: Choco Pick facilities in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

2. Bookings, Payments & Security

Payment Processing: Online payments and bookings are securely processed using credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) via AZUL (Servicios Digitales Popular) or other authorized payment methods.
Prices & Currency: All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes (ITBIS), unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Data Security: Choco Pick SRL does not store or process full credit/debit card details (such as card numbers or CVV security codes) on its servers. All payment transactions are encrypted and transmitted directly to the payment gateway under SSL/TLS security protocols.
Confirmation: Your booking or order is confirmed only after full payment is completed and validated. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking/order details upon successful transaction.

3. Customer Responsibility & Conduct

Punctuality: Guests are kindly requested to arrive on time to enjoy the full experience.
Personal Belongings: Choco Pick is not responsible for lost, stolen, or forgotten personal items within our facilities.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dominican Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.
